What’s new with VM Backup V7: Available now, VM Backup V7 has a number of new features, such as boot from backup and supports for Windows Server 2016.
Boot from backup enables users to instantly boot any VM version directly from the backup location, thus reducing RTOs (Recovery Time Objectives).
In addition, VM Backup V7 offers Augmented Inline Deduplication, including:
- Variable Block size Deduplication for the better efficiency
- Works across all versions (all time) currently on the backup drive
